At Bank of Marin our Retail Bankers play a valuable role in a branch team. They must be consistent in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, while helping to match financial products to the needs of our customers. The Retail Banker is responsible for processing deposits and the payout of funds in accordance with bank procedures. This position will be responsible for recording all transactions accurately and balancing each day. Were seeking a high performer who has the ability to listen, analyze and interpret data and to resolve problems and build strong customer relationships. Your dedication to meeting and exceeding goals and sales excellence will be rewarded with quarterly incentive bonuses in addition to competitive pay. Professional Experience:
A minimum of 3 years customer service and cash handling experience. A minimum of 2-4 years related sales experience is required. Prefer Sales and New Accounts experience cross-selling bank products and services and opening and performing maintenance on accounts. Ability to work at various locations if necessary. Computer literacy required.

Educational Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring pay range for this position is $17.98 to $32.71. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
